Show Azure Maps in Cesium BaseLayerPicker

This sample shows how to show all the available Azure Maps tile layers as imagery providers in the Cesium base layer picker. An additional dropdown is added to let the user select additional Azure Maps imagery provider overlays such as traffic. This samples uses the open source Azure Maps Cesium JS plugin.
